Q: Do you have a storefront?

A: No, However we have free next day delivery to your door. We take out the hassle of driving to us, we come to you.

Order lead-time:

Q: if I place an order today, when can I expect my products?

A: We have a 24hour turn around, meaning, if you order today, you will get your product the next day free of charge.

Packaging:

Q: What does the packaging look like?

A: The packaging has the customer’s privacy in mind, we use unbranded unmarked packaging. Crimson Black does not even appear on the waybill number.




Q: What security measures do you have in place for the delivery of my item?

A: We use a reputable courier firm. All packages are sent with a signature confirmation and only you will be able to sign for your package. Proof of identity will be required when you receive your order.

A: We are open from 7am to 12pm every single day, seven days a week.
